FAQs

What's included in the price I've been quoted?

Each supplier will bring everything they need for your event. Their setup (usually a vehicle, a gazebo or a stall), their produce, their equipment and whatever container they’re serving the food and drink from. If you’d rather the food was served from bone china plates, you’re probably going to have to provide them yourself, but just chat to your supplier and they’ll let you know!

How much does event catering cost?

We don’t do one size fits all, so the answer can vary a lot. As a guideline though, you’d be looking to spend a minimum of £7 per head for a main, but it's more likely to cost between £10 and £15 per person. Mobile bars cost between £10 and £20 per person, per event.

Can they cater for all dietary requirements?

We have a range of dairy free, gluten free, kosher, halal, vegan and vegetarian caterers, so we are bound to have something to suit your specific preferences. Please let us know of any dietary needs when you enquire and we can help to find a suitable caterer.

Can the suppliers cook outdoors?

100% yes! Whether you’re having a party on a sprawling lawn at a manor house or a corporate launch on an urban rooftop, our caterers will be happy to cook outdoors. The size of your outdoor space will dictate the type of setup they bring.

How can I pay for my catering?

You can pay by credit or debit card, setting up a monthly payment plan or paying in full to finalise your booking. We hold all funds securely until the working day after your event, before passing them to the supplier, helping to keep your mind at ease.
