Feast It

Music festival case study: 51st State

51st State is a day-festival held in North London's Trent Park every August which celebrates house, tech, disco, and garage music amongst other genres. 51st State first enlisted the help of Feast It in 2018 to manage the street food and VIP offerings at their event, and we continued to work there in 2019 and beyond.

End-end management

Feast It’s event management team provided end-end support, which included the handling of supplier documentation and payments, alongside logistical operations, such as overseeing load-in and de-rig. Feast It also provided an on-site manager for the duration of the festival, to ensure the smooth running of the event.

Curation of suppliers

Feast It worked closely with the 51st State team to curate a line up of suppliers to suit the individual event demographic. Suppliers were selected for 51st state based on their ability to turn around between 200-300 portions per hour, keeping queue times at a minimum whilst maintaining the Feast It standard of quality. Our offering included:

11x street food suppliers

3x ice cream suppliers

3x VIP suppliers

Data driven

Thanks to the data we collected at the event in 2018, we had unparalleled knowledge of the attendee's cuisine and menu-item preferences. We were able to learn from this data to improve the food offering in 2019 to best suit this audience.
