Event brief

Fika Event Productions approached Feast It to curate a line-up of suppliers for a collection launch for a well-known jewellery brand. The client was looking for sustainable, healthy and ’instagrammable’ options which would appeal to their Generation Z consumers.  

Account management

An experienced Feast It account manager acted as a single point of contact to book and manage all suppliers for the event. Feast It handled all onsite logistics including supplier placement and dealing with strict venue food preparation restrictions.

Curation of suppliers

Feast It worked closely with Fika Event Productions to organise the wrapping and branding of the suppliers to match the jewellery brand’s personality, and their guests tastes. Our line-up included 4x wrapped and branded suppliers, branded sustainable packaging and branded and bespoke menus.
