If it's a more formal event and you’d like a sit-down meal instead, many of our suppliers are able to work from a kitchen on-site. What better way to celebrate than with fantastic bar suppliers? Whether it is a cocktail truck doing bespoke drinks or a prosecco marquee, we’ve got something to suit everyone’s preferences. What’s more, we have many awesome suppliers who can prepare all-day menus to suit both early morning graduations and late-night balls. If it's a multi-day event, suppliers are able to set up for a multi-day service to avoid the stress of load-in and de-rig each day.
Gourmet cheese toasties served from a horsebox, food truck or pop-up cheese bar, you can't go wrong with Warm & Toastie. After travelling Europe for a year, the team perfected their signature ‘Warm & Toastie Cheese Blend’ a blend of different cheeses that make the stringiest, tastiest melted cheese, all served on freshly made sourdough.
Keshell and the Liquid team are guaranteed to get the party started. They don't restrict the drink options to one style or one set drinks menu - where's the fun in that?! - instead, you can choose a personalised menu of drinks perfectly matched to your university event! With an impressive range of indoor and outdoor setups, Liquid have something for every event!
Dough & Deer craft their beautiful pizza by selecting the finest ingredients, using a distinctive sourdough-style base, the finest San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy and a variety of carefully chosen toppings that can satisfy all tastebuds. All served from one of their trademark Land Rovers!
Everyone I spoke to enjoyed the ball, especially the food which was a major contributor to this and everyone felt they had good value for money. Last year the food was described as mediocre, and it also ran out, but it wasn’t a problem this time!

Each supplier will bring everything they need to the venue. Their setup (usually a food truck, a market stall or mobile bar), their produce, their equipment, and whatever container they’re serving the food out of. If you’d rather a more traditional service, staff and chinaware can also be arranged - just chat to the supplier and they'll let you know!
As you may have realised, we don’t do one size fits all, so the answer can vary a lot. As a guideline though, you’d be looking to spend a minimum of £10 per head for a main. Having independent or street food suppliers at your event is typically 75% cheaper than average traditional catering.
A large number of the suppliers we work with can set up indoors, just make sure to mention that you’d like the food served indoors when you submit the event details to us.
Yes! Whether you’ve got a sprawling lawn or are throwing your party in an abandoned car-park, our caterers will be happy to cook outdoors. The size of your outdoor space will dictate the type of setup they bring.
The further in advance we know about your event the better. It means that there will be more suppliers available for your event, so you will have more quotes to choose between. Having said that, we are very well accustomed to working on last-minute-enquiries (even for the next day!) so we'd always recommend you get in touch at whatever point along the process.
