What is a venue partner?

To become a venue partner of Feast It means working with us in partnership as a recommended supplier. As a venue partner, we would provide your clients and guests with a handpicked selection of the best local event suppliers in your area, meanwhile taking the hassle away from clients finding and booking the perfect supplier for their event at your venue.

Who we work with?

Village Underground, Studio Spaces, Twickenham Stadium and Cowdray Estate are just a few of the amazing venues we have partnered with. Spanning almost every type of space across the length and breadth of the UK, we're proud to work with over 200 of the most prestigious and exciting venues in the country, helping to curate some of the most exciting events in the world.

How does it work?

With Feast It as a recommended supplier, your guests will have one simple way to find and book the best supplier for their event. Each client will get their own dedicated account manager who is on-hand throughout the process to help with logistics and advise on what supplier is best for an event in your venue. We also connect our venue partners to any relevant enquiry we receive that does not yet have a space organised. Working alongside our event agency partners, we promote our venue partners to give event orgainsers the ability to build an event with the venue and catering matched up from the outset.

Your venue... Your rules

Every venue is different, and we understand that. As part of joining Feast It as a venue partner, we ask for all relevant supplier and access restrictions to ensure that whichever supplier your client chooses for their event, everything from load-in, serving the food to tidying up afterwards will go down without a hitch.

So simple, yet such a great, worry free service, we and clients needed. Couldn’t praise the Feast It team; in planning, onsite delivery and post show communication, highly enough.

FAQs

Are suppliers local to my venue and how are they vetted?

For our sakes and yours, we have a very strict supplier selection process and each one has been handpicked and thoroughly vetted by the Feast It team before being allowed onto the platform. We only work with the best of the best and turn down way more supplier applications than we accept - that way, you're guaranteed exceptional service, no matter which supplier you clients choose. While our 1000+ suppliers are based all over the UK, we understand the importance of eating local and supporting local, which is why your clients can only pick suppliers who are local to your venue.

Does it cost anything to become a partner?

No! There is no cost to become a venue partner of Feast It.

How can I or my clients make an enquiry?

You can introduce the client directly with your Feast It account manager, who will be able to take the event details directly from the client. You can likewise give the client your account manager's details if you want them to contact us on their own behalf. The simplest way somebody can make an enquiry with Feast It is to use our online enquiry form, and we can always trace it back to your venue via the event address.

Can suppliers provide site visits prior to the event?

This is totally up to you and your client if it is deemed necessary. If required, our suppliers are able to visit your venue before the event date to run through logistics and timings, and your Feast It account manager will be on hand to help organise communications between all people involved.
