The brilliant Demaine Artisan serve up authentic, utterly divine steamed Taiwanese bao buns from their awesome pop-up kitchen.

The buns are served in the traditional fashion, steamed in bamboo baskets and come with a delicious selection of fillings both for carnivores and veggies alike. The team serve them up in bamboo boats alongside biodegradable bamboo cutlery to ensure that the environmental impact of their amazing food is as minimal as possible.

Little Bao Boy

We are the OG Bao Streetfood traders. Starting out in 2016 when most people didn't know what a bao bun is to where we are now with 4 sites and a full event team. We care massively about everything we do. Hand-rolled bao buns and fillings all made in-house we take a fairly traditional item and do it for the masses. Flavors everyone loves are done in a way everyone can enjoy. Were two friends who simply love food, love hospitality, and love what we do.

 We do wedding evening food, Small local festivals, food festivals, private parties and small festivals. We operate in a 3mx3m or 3mx6m Gazebo. We have a super friendly team who are built from people we've met over our combined 25 years in hospitality. They care the same way we do and that really shows when we deliver events 

YouBao

The food served by YouBao is inspired by Asian traditions and flavours that are combined with an original London twist. They serve absolutely deliciously light steamed bao buns just like the ones you can find in Taiwan and Asia at typical street food markets and you can now bring the authentic market-feel to your private event.

HOKO

Hong Kong Cafe HOKO takes a creative and modern approach of the classic HK food menu from 1950s, that traces its origins to British colonial rule in the 1950s.

Our energetic team at HOKO represent a mission to share authentic Asian flavours and tell the cultural stories of Hong Kong. Design, experience and relationship with people are important to us.

We serve both cafe and street food styled hot food, dessert & drinks items. Our hero dishes are Hong Kong French Toast and crispy fried HK styled squid tentacles with salt and pepper, alongside with a selection of asian infused and tropical drinks. 

Our signature is the artisan brewed Hong Kong Milk Tea, which is made with a secret blend of Sri Lanka tea. Silky, creamy and rich - the hand-brewed drink that makes the fame of HOKO since launch.

We are Journey To The West (JTTW) – a premium dumpling brand offering a multicultural range of dumplings, that takes culinary inspiration from the evolution of this humble food along the ancient trade routes of the Silk Roads.
 
Founded by David Solomon and Masterchef 2020 finalist Sandy Tang, JTTW was created with the aim to introduce a new taste of ‘home’ to the UK public, through the reinterpretation of authentic traditional recipes with modern exciting flavours. We want to pay homage to the origins of dumplings, facilitating the accessibility and general knowledge of this fascinating historical fusion food. On our truck, you shall find the hand-illustrated stamps from the origins of our dumplings!
