The real tastes and textures of India are found in the stalls and vans serving up mouthwatering panipuri, crunchy bhelpuri, or spicy pav bhaji. Horn Ok Please (HOP) was established in June 2011 to transport this from the streets of India to the streets of London. More than just food, HOP aims to provide a portal to a culture where street food is an integral part of everyday life. We have kept the recipes as original and simple as they are on the streets of India.

With HOP you don’t just get flavoursome food – you get a complete experience from the moment you arrive. As every dish is made to order, adding to the theatre of street food, we are able to tailor the food according to each customer’s individual preferences. Additionally our dishes have been designed in such a way that we are able to incorporate seasonal and local produce.

All of our dishes are vegetarian. Most dishes can also be made vegan and/or gluten-free.

With a flagship restaurant in South London, en root caters any event with our glorious food truck, market stall set up or on site experience. With a focus on health and well-being, en root celebrates fresh seasonal vegetables, wholesome pulses and aromatic Gujarati spices to bring nutritional joy served with a smile.

The menu offers Vegan Curry, Daily Dhal, Rainbow Salad, Wraps, Indian Street Snacks and Uplifting Beverages. Mains include the Raja Wrap and En Root Select (Perfect Platter Rice Box). Starters such as Pani Puri, Veg Samosa, Onion Pakora, Poppadoms and Dhal Avocado Crumpets. Finally they offer Cacao Chai Tea, Mango Lassi & Young Coconuts to bring more fun to the dining experience. Personalising of menu is always possible-just ask!

En root produces cruelty free Plant Powered Goodness focusing on locality, sustainability and customer experience. I have been a professional chef for 25 years and counting working in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the world and most recently the Ritz in London where I left in February 2020 precovid (just about). When Covid hit it was my solve ambition to set up a food truck. 

I managed to save enough money from doing takeaways from a pub to pay for my first trailer which was tiny in comparison to my new airstream which is absolutely stunning. It was the right place right time finding my new trailer. I can cook almost anything from this trailer and I also have an espresso machine and a full alcohol license. 

I can work with any event big or small, everything is made from scratch and I use local producers & farmers ensuring great quality. I work with a great team who are professional, friendly & polite. We go the extra mile to make sure all the events we do are perfect. 

Bhajis

At Bhajis we pride ourselves on offering authentically cooked North Indian street food. We offer fresh naan wraps, rice bowls and street snacks such as masala fries, an array of bhajis and loaded gourmet fries. We are the only market stall operator in the country who use a tandoor oven to cook our famous Tandoori Chicken. 
 We have traded at many iconic London locations such as St Katherines Dock, Greenwich Cutty Sark, Shoreditch, Chelsea Harbour and are currently a resident trader at Hackneys Chatsworth Road Market. We believe in quality products as well as doing our part for the environment so we use Zero plastic, even the water we provide is packaged in cans.

Gully has created the first interactive Indian street food truck for the ultimate street food experience. 

Gully was a finalist at the British Street Food Awards 2020, selected by Selfridges for their inaugural Christmas Market, and interviewed by the BBC for their rapid rise in the street food scene!

Gully is purpose built for weddings, birthday parties, corporate lunches, private events and festivals! We have done over 500 Events and are one of the leading Street Food Trucks in the UK!

Gully has served at several high-profile events including - Formula 1, England Rugby Internationals at Twickenham Stadium, England Cricket Internationals at Oval Stadium, Selfridges London, London Zoo Lates, Wireless Festival. 

Gully now has 2 Trucks to offer (Blue or Pink) - Both as beautiful as each other! 

Founded by a father and son, they use the culinary techniques used by generations of their family for the palette of the modern British society. Their aim is to combine the spices, aromas and flavours of North Indian cuisine, with a state of the art truck to deliver the ultimate experience.

Gully's menu takes a "build your own" approach:
 1. Pick your base (Naan Wrap or Rice Box), 
2. Pick your filling  (Chicken Tikka/Lamb keema/Paneer Masala (V) / Chickpea & Spinach VE), 
3. Then you pick your favourite salads, chillies and signature sauces to tailor your meal and hit the spot.

The menu is also complimented with the famous "Gully" samosa, and Samosa Chaat,  as well as the un-missable Masala Fries. For our signature drinks Gully provides the iconic Mango Lassi as well as the much needed Masala Chai. 

Gully has changed the face of Indian Street Food with a colourful, vibrant and modern truck that lights up for day and night events. The truck has built in TV screens for interactive gaming - or bespoke photos / videos you may want to show to your guests. It's perfect for those looking to bring something different to their event, and leave their guests in admiration!

The truck is purpose built for food markets, festivals and private events. Gully has operated across the entire London street food scene, from the bustling markets in Paddington to luxury weddings and office parties.

Manjula

Manjula provides healthy vegan twists on authentic international recipes, offering tasty alternatives that are both locally sourced and sustainable. We are dedicated to fresh ingredients sourced from the market, from our secret curry pastes to our famous pickled chillies. We are very proud to have been nominated for and won awards over the years. 

Our current menu fuses together our favourite cuisines, Thai and Indian. We offer both a Thai Wild Mushroom Massaman Curry and a Chickpea, Butternut Squash, Cauliflower and Aubergine South Indian Masala, the recipe for this was taken straight from a South Indian family kitchen (using a phone light to cook it during a power cut for extra authenticity).

Our curries are made with fresh British veg where available, which are handpicked from the market first thing before any event and they are served with aromatic jasmine rice. We make everything in house including our curry pastes and jalapenos to ensure everything is vegan. We like to put these curries is a big wrap in the form of an Indian Burrito and a Thai Burrito, filled with curry, rice, Chilli and Coriander Slaw, Avocado and homemade jalapenos.

We have 2 beautifully converted horseboxes which have been in our family run business since the were built in the 70's, one of which was built on our grandparents driveway. The have both been reimagined in house and have had full refurbishments with a full blown mini kitchens installed in them.  For Weddings outside of London they will be towed in our lovely classic Land Rover Defender.
