Cally Munchy is an Afro fusion catering service that uses food to bring people of different cultures together. 

They have taken time-honoured, traditional recipes and added a daring dash of creativity to deliver the most exciting dishes. By doing this, they are opening a world of flavour and possibilities for people to experience a different type of fusion.

Cally's 2018 award winning Jollof Rice is a marriage of recipes from Senegal, Ghana and Nigeria. Their most ordered dish is the Cally Chicken - a blend of Bangali and Nigerian spices. Not forgetting their mouth-watering vegan options that have been known to convert even the most hardcore meat-eaters!

Cally's ongoing popularity is fostered from their past work with clients like, Peabody, UBS, Vans, Beavertown and Cisco to name a few.

Taste Mauritius

Taste Mauritius, launched by self-taught cook Selina Periapillai, is the UK's first Mauritian supper club. Tropical, spicy, sunshine flavours of the islands of Mauritius and the Indian Ocean.

Chef and author of upcoming cookbook The Island Kitchen Selina can prepare a memorable meal or canapes for any occasion with dishes like fragrant spiced cari, beach-side snacks with fiery fresh chutneys and decadent caramelised pineapple sunken in creamy coconut ice cream. Selina can create brilliant bespoke menus to suit each client’s needs, see below to get an idea of what she is able to offer.

Selina's food transports you to the islands, she has experience in supper clubs, pop-ups, teaching cookery classes and private catering from corporate events to dinners at clients’ homes. Since starting Taste Mauritius in 2012, Selina has gone from strength to strength, her debut cookbook was shortlisted for the Jane Grigson Award, and she was awarded the best Mauritian Caterer in 2015.

The Banqueteers

The Banqueteers are three childhood friends who came together through a shared love of food. They create bespoke communal feasts and banquets, with large sharing plates designed to get people talking and sharing.

Jack, Jason and Jen have been heavily influenced by local Italian 'Sagra' festivals, where whole communities come together to enjoy food & wine made by the locals. The Banqueteers aim to create the same wonderful atmosphere of community and togetherness at your event along with focussing on the freshest and seasonal produce they can find.

Having worked with the likes of Gizzi Erskine and Jamie Oliver, The Banqueteers are well equipped to whip up spreads of delicious canapés, sharing platters that all look as beautiful as they taste. See their sample menu below to see the kind of delicious food they can offer.

Now Now South African Food Co

Now Now South African Food Co are a South African street food business that specialise in homemade, authentic and warming South African curries. The food is all homemade and comes from old family recipes. All the food is exceptionally delicious, tasty and wholesome. Their unique spice blends are made from scratch using spices imported from South Africa. They are very particular about where they get their ingredients - the meat is from a local award-winning family butcher and everything else is sourced locally.

The curries can be served as Bunny Chow - a delicious South African dish where curry is served in hollowed out bread, or with turmeric rice, tomato sambals, fresh coriander and Mrs Balls Chutney. They also sell Vetkoek which is a savoury doughnut filled with Bobotie or Cape Malay roti’s filled with chicken curry or vegan dahl.

Now Now South African Food Co also offer a South African Braai (BBQ) where they can serve sirloin steak with Chakalaka and Boerewors Rolls (traditional South African sausage) and Chicken Sosaties.

All the food is served from a vibrant food trailer which looks fabulous at events - they love to fill parties with their delicious aromas! Rick’s offer a variety of North African and Mediterranean food, all made from scratch by their talented team and served from their awesome wooden set-up.

They serve delicious salads as well as wraps, burgers and tagine. Their signature burger is not to be missed, served with an aubergine jam beef patty served with applewood cheese and pickles. They even have a vegan burger that is served between two slices of pineapple!

Little Baobab

The wonderful Little Baobab are all about authentic Senegalese style and soul. Head chef Georges serves traditional dishes with a modern twist and their curries and stews are going a storm at events all across London!

Their food is fresh, flavourful and fun and goes down a treat with those looking for an interesting option at their event. They serve dishes such as Thiebou Dienne which is made with fresh fish and jollof rice and served with aubergine, carrot, cassava and salad, as well as a delicious vegetarian coconut curry - see their other dishes listed below!
