Cardona &amp; Son are a family run street food caterer who are best known for their delicious American-style ‘low and slow’ BBQ that all gets cooked on their amazing custom-built smoker.They are all about making everything they cook as tasty as it possibly can be. They source their meat from their local butcher where only the best cuts are chosen, the meat is then smoked for 12 hours on local oak wood and all the sauces and rubs are homemade. All of this results in mouthwateringly tasty BBQ food where each bite is an explosion of meaty deliciousness.They do everything from 12-hour smoked brisket (their signature brisket rolls are not to be missed!) to pulled pork as well as their unbelievably good ribs. All the meat has a smoky flavour that makes the food a cut above the rest.Cardona &amp; Son serve their food either from their stand-out black food truck or their market stall setup if you are short on space. A chance meeting between Colin Jennings, a top restaurant chef with over 20 years of experience, and Jonny Batie, born and bred street food connoisseur, lead the pair to set up the amazing 'Bavette' after discussing the need to bring gourmet steak frites to the people!We're so, so glad they did because we believe they now serve up the very, very best steak frites around out of their utterly gorgeous little 1972 Airstream Argosy.Their beef is sourced from Hereford and is hung and dry aged for 28 days so the quality couldn't be any better! Then they simply season it before flame grilling for maximum flavour and serve with hand cut, rosemary salted fries and rocket leaves. They also provide a range of tasty freshly made sauces which change daily.Alternatively, go for one of their awesome 'Bavette' burgers - a hand pressed patty made from a blend of brisket and bavette served with slices of medium rare bavette, smoked pancetta and melted cheese in a soft brioche bun - it's beyond delicious!As a company, they have oodles of experience in corporate catering, festivals and fine dining and so can cater for almost any event. The Pig Apple

Like any great idea, the Pig Apple was devised in 2014 during a chat amongst friends over cold pint!&nbsp;Ben, who was the man with the idea, wanted to create a Hog Roast that wasn't just a butcher in a tent carving pork into floury baps! For him, presentation was just as important as the quality of the food. Several pints later and a decision on a catchy name, The Pig Apple was born! They have been feeding hungry crowds across the West Country the most delicious slow cooked meat ever since.&nbsp;From artisan bakers to local butchers and greengrocers, they have forged relationships with the best local independent suppliers around their South Devon base, ensuring that as well as the meat, their buns and homemade salads are equally as delicious. Their free range pigs are slow roasted for 8-10 hours giving the most succulent and flavoursome pork. Accompanied with a herb stuffing and warm cider apple chutney, it's a marriage made in heaven!
