The Proof is a female-led dessert business based in Dalston, East-London. Famous for our Proofiteroles, award-winning mince pies and bold and beautiful shag cakes, we can make your pudding dreams come to life. From dessert tables, to layer cakes, to large events and corporate hospitality, we can bring pudding for your event no matter the size. Our team of skilled chefs can work with you to customise flavours and finishes from our signiature range, or we can create fully bespoke options just for you. 

Francesca Strange, founder of The Proof, is a self-taught cook and baker. From an Italian background, she was often found sitting at the foot of her Nonna, watching as she created incredible desserts, puddings, cakes and sweet treats.

As she grew old enough to bake for herself, armed with only a Mary Berry dessert cookbook and a very sweet tooth, baking has since developed into a lifelong passion. After years gigging as a music journalist, the need to bake took over, and The Proof was born. Francesca’s puddings were legendary amongst her family and friends, and “we’ll bring pudding’ became her slogan.

One order became two, became ten and before Francesca knew it she was running her own business. The puddings are made with quality ingredients, plenty of indulgence, with their own distinctive look and feel that shys away from sparkles and artificial colours. With a nod to style, but its heart in substance, The Proof delivers a twist on the puds we all know and love. It is a modern day sustainable, independent, female-led business that donates a great deal of time and energy to deserving causes.

At Muchi, we set out to celebrate the amazing Japanese mochi. Since launching in November 2021, we’ve been blowing our customers’ minds with our unique range of delicious, innovative mochi-based desserts and snacks. 

- Mochi sundae: soft, silky, buttery mochi served with fresh whipped cream and lip-smacking sauces.
- Butter mochi: fresh butter mochi infused with exciting flavour combos.
- Mochi brownies: a one-of-a-kind sweet treat that combines luscious butter mochi and deep, dark, fudgy chocolate brownies.
- Savoury mochi muffins: light and fluffy rice muffins loaded with savoury goodness.

Crocus Paella

Crocus Paella is a colourful and fun catering company that can cover events from beautiful wedding receptions and private parties to big festivals and corporate events in London, East & West Sussex.

They cook absolutely everything from scratch and are very selective with the ingredients that they use in their paellas because they want to be able to offer the best quality and taste possible. As well as their outstanding paella, they can also serve mouthwateringly good tapas as well as tasty salads and desserts.

Apart from the local produce that they use when they can, most of their ingredients are from Iberica Spanish Food, an award-winning importer of authentic and traditional Spanish products.

Fresko London

Fresko London serves authentic Greek Yogurt with delicious toppings in bowls and smoothies. Fresko was born in Athens in 2011 but our first London store opened in May 2022, in the buzzing streets of Covent Garden. 

Our delicious, authentic Greek yogurt can be enjoyed in endless topping combinations, from traditional spoon sweets to organic honeys, crunchy nuts and fresh fruits. We also offer a selection of traditional Greek pastry items. 

Outside of our store, we have been serving our delicious yogurt in offices offering  a tasty breakfast, a healthy afternoon pick-me-up or a sophisticated evening treat. All with our exceptional customer service and a huge smile that takes you away with a serving of paradise in your hands :) 


La Creme

We are a 3rd generation of ice cream vendors with combined industry experience of over 100 years. We take huge pride in our service and love doing what we do. We ensure our fleet of vans and our team members are up to scratch. We have a FSA rating of 5 stars and all vehicles are PAT tested. All staff members have been trained in food handling and have certificates in food hygiene. Our aim is to provide a service that event organisers are happy with by making guests happy. The ice cream industry is based on smiles and happiness and this is what we thrive on. 

J.D's Wing Bar

J.D's Wing bar are a family business in the heart of the blackcountry who specialise in delicious authentic American style deep fried chicken wings tossed in rustic homemade sauces, cool dips, unique hickory seasoned skin on fries,  they have the most amazing huge juicy mouthwatering burger menu that will please every burger lover up and down the uk!

JDs really know what they're doing when it comes to chicken wings. Their most re requested are the one and only Gangnam-style Wings ( korean sauce) , Tennessee whiskey Wings (their very own BBq sauce with a hint of Jack Daniels) and TEXAN HEATWAVE sauce ...all are home made. Also their trademark and very unique hickory seasoned skin on fries are definitely a treat.

The team can set up their fantastic pop up kitchen gazebo just about anywhere and their food is the kind of food that people would enjoy at all kinds of events. So whether you're after a fantastic mains option menu or the most amazing desserts options for your guests.
