Think fresh cod on one plate and delectable Wagyu steak burger on another, all served with freshly cooked, crisp and tasty triple cooked chips!Their ingredients are sourced from responsible suppliers and all their packaging is 100% recyclable while they buy their meat from Smithfields meat market, their fish from Billingsgate Market and their vegetables from Spitalfields Market, ensuring the best possible quality.What makes these guys different is the fact that their food is passionately prepped and always served with a flourish - it’s a gourmet experience in a food truck!

Fish &amp; Frites are a mobile fish and chip van that is proud to serve local fresh produce from the East Neuk of Fife. They aim to provide a fresh, quick and friendly service. They have great reviews for their food and can accommodate most guests’ requests, however difficult they may be.&nbsp;These guys serve their version of the British classic, Fish &amp; Chips, made using high-quality ingredients resulting in deliciously crispy fish and fluffy potato chips. True to their Scottish nature, they also serve haggis and chips as well as their hot smoked salmon loaded fries - we bet you’ve never had those before.They were runners up at their local hero awards in Fife for Best Business Start-Up 2019 and are being featured in a street food book by Plate Expectations at the end of October 2019. They have catered for a number of cool clients including Ian Stirling from Love Island and Laura Whitmore, as well as being featured on a BBC kids TV programme! The Frying Squad are a quintessentially British traditional fish & chip business that has been operating for the last 12 years in and around London (and beyond!) serving top-notch food from their amazing food truck.They serve classic fresh fish & chips as well battered halloumi, 100% pork sausages and some really great vegan options too, so all of your guests will be able to enjoy something! Absolutely everything on the menu is cooked to perfection and as fresh as it possibly can be, giving your guests crispy batter and piping hot chips! They are very proud to only use 100% biodegradable cutlery and boxes to serve their food in and only use sustainably sourced cod, keeping their ecological footprint to a minimum when serving your guests.The Frying Squad have been featured in Cosmopolitan Bride UK as well as on the BBC One Show and have catered at a premiere for Warner Bros as well as the after party for The BRIT Awards - they are clearly doing something right! As well as this, they have also catered at plenty of corporate events including events for the Apple Store, Amazon and Santander Bank.Their truck would stand out just about anywhere due to its sheer size and traditional look, and from it, they can serve 200 portions an hour of whatever you fancy from their menu. Fitzy's Fish &amp; Chips are an award-winning mobile fish and chip business operating across the Wirral and the North West. Their business was born out of the desire to make traditional fish and chips more accessible for the Wirral area and beyond.&nbsp;They were even recently awarded 2nd place in the 2020 National Fish and Chips Awards sponsored by Seafish!They only ever use in-season, freshly-chipped potatoes and the best Icelandic cod available. Their mushy peas and tartar sauce are homemade and they also serve 70% Irish pork sausages, fishcakes and chicken fillet bites. Their fish and chips are responsibly sourced and can be traced back to the original suppliers. They fry in vegetable oil that is double filtered every day and all packaging is biodegradable.These guys are available for all kinds of event, big or small.
