Mangiamo Wood Fired Pizza

Introducing Mangiamo, serving you some of the best Neapolitan wood-fired pizza outside of Naples. Their very tasty pizza is expertly crafted for you in the traditional Neapolitan style and baked to perfection in their one-of-a-kind 1959 Fiat 500, which has been specially converted into a fully functioning wood-fired oven.

Mangiamo only use the highest quality ingredients from Italy together with seasonal and, of course, locally sourced produce to bring you Italy's famous classics and innovative flavour combinations. The team can also serve up canapes, antipasti, salads, bread, and some fantastic gelato out of their little Fiats' front bonnet, sourced from Jack's Gelato of Cambridge, (one of our other fantastic traders).

Van Dough

Van Dough bake beautiful handmade sourdough pizza in a wood fired oven, all from the back of their absolutely gorgeous 1970 Citroen HY van.

Above all, they strive to make delicious pizza, and delicious pizza is made by using the best quality natural ingredients.

All their dough is made in small batches and slow risen for at least 24 hours. It's made with the help of lovingly nurtured sourdough (just ask them if you'd like a jar of it to make your own sourdough bread).

The olives come from the legendary Kamil, who runs My Olive Branch and trades at Brockley Market, while the pepperoni and charcuterie comes from John and Jose who run Moons Green, a small East Sussex farm.

What a Pizza

What a Pizza are family run business serving delicious pizzas baked in a real wood-fired oven. They work from a stunning grey truck which and they can do anything from festivals to birthday parties and just about everything in between.

They use only top-quality ingredients including Italian flour while all of their dough is completely homemade. They are also more than happy to work with you to create the perfect customised pizza menu for your event and see the below for some of their favourites including their Capricciosa (ham and mushroom) and the undeniably controversial Hawaiian pizza.

Arancina are an artisanal Italian street food favourite who serve up thousands of customers every day with their unique fresh 'pizza alla pala' and regional snacks, including their famous deep fried Sicilian arancini, since all the way back in 1996!

Arancina are loved for their particular style of artisan hand-stretched, hand-topped rectangular pizza – Pizza alla Pala. Made the Arancina way, to a secret recipe – fired in a stone bake oven and served on a traditional wooden board - it has a distinct crisp outer crust and a lighter, airy, textured bite.
