Queenie’s Travelling Teapot

Queenie's Travelling Teapot is a high-class vintage experience, for all those that appreciate a good old fashioned cup of tea, bite to eat or a cheeky tipple!

From their vintage caravan tearoom, they serve delicious, ethically sourced Pact coffee and gorgeous teas, along with cloudy lemonade, Prosecco, gin and Pimms.

They have a variety of delicious freshly baked cakes, bread pudding, muffins, gingerbread men and light and fluffy scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam. To complement the vintage theme, they have old fashioned boiled sweets! Queenie also caters for savoury food, by serving a variety of quiches. The team offer scrumptious vegan and gluten-free options too.

Wild Poppy stands out from the crowd with her unusual design and rustic charm, coupled with her professional bubbly bar staff, she brings the extra magic,  and the team aim to create a new and special experience for every guest. 

With our love for the planet, we do everything we can to keep plastic as far away as possible, starting with the evil straw! You'll find us serving delicious local gins, with fresh seasonal herbs, through eco-friendly pasta straws from recycled glassware. You can book us  for your event right here!

The Tipsy Transit

The Tipsy Transit are a frozen cocktail and bubbles bar on big ol' wheels who aim to provide alternative alcohol beverages that have been carefully crafted and tailored to your event.

You can find this beautiful bar and its amazing drinks at corporate events, sporting days, established music and food festivals, as well as smaller local boutique events and they're also available for private parties where you can absolutely wow your guests!

Really Awesome Coffee

Based in West Sussex I am a fully trained barista and own a 15 foot 'Shipping Container Conversion' that has two till positions and two espresso machines so queues are kept to a minimum. The kiosk has a unique and eye catching look and always receives lots of positive attention and feedback. 

We provide an extensive range of café favourites including:
Gourmet Coffees and Hot Chocolates
Chai Tea Lattes
Fruit and Herbal Teas
Iced Coffees
Slush Puppies  
Frappes
Milkshakes
Cold Cans & Bottles
Fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies

Cakes, muffins, flapjacks and pastries.
We are also able to cater for allergies and dietary requirements (non-dairy, gluten free, vegan, etc).

We are passionate about the environment and sustainability and am pleased to say that all our cups and lids are fully recyclable, we fully support and donate to the Fairtrade Foundation and we offer the very best Fairtrade organic coffees and teas. Our Coffee is made using our own unique blend of high quality small-batch roasted coffee beans meaning I can offer the freshest coffee available.

All of our friendly staff are fully trained baristas and hold all relevant food, hygiene and health and safety certificates, we also hold a 5* Hygiene Rating. We take immense pride in our work and will only serve drinks made to the highest standard so you can be certain that event attendees will be happy with their purchase.

The ‘SO41’ Way 
Set up in 2019 SO41 Catering is the brain child of Matt & Lisa Doe and is named after the postcode that we have grown up and lived in for the past 30 plus years. 

Matt's passion is food, with 20 years experience working across many aspects of the industry the highlights being cooking for the royal family at Chelsea Flower Show 

Lisa's passion is service, with  12 years experience running hotel reception and working at events before having children she is the smiling face that makes your event seamless

Raise Your Glass Bar Hire

Raise Your Glass is a bespoke horsebox bar hire company covering Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire run by husband and wife team Richard and Sally.

In summer 2019 Raise Your Glass was born. A grubby old Sinclair trailer left in a yard to rot that was ready for the scrap yard! That was until we got hold of it.  It was rescued, fully stripped and given a totally new lease of life. With no expense spared the horsebox trailer was lovingly given a makeover. With every detail thoughtfully and expertly crafted our vision of a beautiful bespoke Horsebox mobile bar was created.  

With partnership and friendship at the heart of our business we know that our horsebox bar alongside 20 years of hospitality experience would be perfect at any party, event or wedding. We will ensure a successful day where you and your guests will be happy.

Based in Arundel, West Sussex, we are available for weddings, parties, events and so much more! We have a variety of pricing options, dependant on what you require. These can be found within “our packages” section on our website.  From a dry hire to prepaid bar, we serve bespoke drink packages to give your special day a beautiful feature and take away the stress of managing drinks on your big day.

Raise Your Glass will look fantastic anywhere, from the grounds of a stately home, country house or in a field, marquee, barn or woodland area. With many people choosing to get married somewhere other than a church the options are unlimited!
