Hello there! I'm Barry!

Over 10 years and 250 weddings, I've won quite a few awards, most recently at the start of the year I was awarded Best North West Contemporary Wedding Photographer at the Global Wedding Awards. 

My wedding photos are bursting with colour, life & energy. I won't take over, I won't tell you what to do, I just blend in and mingle with you and your guests, photographing what I see in front of me.

As a professional wedding photographer with over 10 years experience, my style is friendly and relaxed, putting you and your guests at ease to create beautiful, natural looking photos throughout Sussex and the South East.

My photography can be described as a mixture of candid, emotive shots with environmental portraiture. I like to mix in a few group photos to produce a history of your special day in pictorial form, saving all the memories from who you shared the day with.  

From the little moments, like the tear in dad's eye as he sees his daughter in her wedding gown to the look of joy and relief on the grooms face as his bride walks down the aisle, that first kiss as a married couple and all those other moments that make your big day so special.

We are Laura and Paul of True Story Photos, based in Manchester. Our photography style is natural, fun and candid. We love to be a part of your big day and and tell the full story of your celebrations through gorgeous photos. We capture the real moments- from the big parts like the first kiss to the little things like your friends all laughing together.

We take a relaxed approach to the day but are always on the ball to get the best shots. 

Any "formal" photo sessions - like group shots of family and friends - are kept nice and short so that you can spend lots of time enjoying yourself and making happy memories.

A bit about us - we are married to each other's best friends! Paul's wife is Laura's friend from her time working in an ice cream shop in her teens, and Laura's husband has been friends with Paul since they were teeny tiny! Every single wedding we say to each other, "this is the best job in the world, isn't it?!".

I'm a freelance photographer based in Manchester (although I travel all over the UK for work). My background is in theatre and music, so all my photography is intrinsically theatrical, with an eye for authentic human interaction, capturing the spirit of which ever event I'm photographing.
I keep things simple - there are no hidden costs, and once I've photographed your wedding or event, you will get all the edited high resolution images as digital files (no fees per print or holding back the best images!), so you can use them as you wish.
Your event or wedding can be photographed as formally or informally as you want - I'm equally at home keeping in the background and capturing moments you might miss otherwise, as I am coordinating a large group into something spectacular.


Peter Bird

I am a photographer based in London. Although I have been a professional photographer for over 7 years, photography was my passion long before that - since the age of 6. One day I decided to work for myself and wanted to do something I'm passionate about so I started my journey into professional photography,  and have been doing it ever since. I provide personal, collaborative and fun photography for events. My experience guarantees amazing results. I've shot many weddings and some incredible events in the past including London Fashion Week, African Fashion Week, Modest Fashion Week, London Anime Con and the National Asian Wedding Show.

I'm Chris, a full time professional photographer based in North West of England, covering the whole of the UK.

From the moment I arrive at your wedding I'm constantly shooting creative and interesting shots, mingling in but not getting in the way.
If you're a bit camera shy, don't worry, they'll be no forced posing, just natural shots of you and your guests. 

If you decide you would like a full day's coverage, I would normally start to photograph bridal prep around 2 hours before the ceremony all the way through to the first dance/ dances. I'm not the kind of photographer who has the car running as you're dancing!

I'm always happy to get some coverage of the groom prep as long as it's logistically possible of course.




Martin Sylvester Photography

As a London-based photographer with roots in Grenada, I bring a unique perspective to my work. Growing up in the Caribbean has influenced my friendly demeanor and my dedication to capturing meaningful images that you will treasure. Though I initially pursued a degree in Engineering, I discovered my passion for photography while at university and quickly excelled in event and sports photography.

My photographic style is primarily reportage or documentary, which allows me to capture authentic and spontaneous moments throughout your special day. However, I also take great care in creating beautiful couple portraits that you can proudly display in your home.

What sets me apart from other photographers is my artistic background, which was recognized when I won a portrait competition with Sony UK in November 2022. I have a keen eye for transforming ordinary moments into something extraordinary. By taking an unobtrusive approach and taking the time to get to know my clients before their big day, I am able to bring out their unique personalities in my work.

Jennyfer Routaboul

I am a photographer based in London. I grew up in France and worked in a photographic studio in Paris. I also covered various events throughout the UK and in France including the Cannes film festival; the fourth edition of Street for Kids, a fundraising auction for the Musée en Herbe which is an intergenerational space for cultural discoveries and artistic practices; the music event ICART Sessions and many other live music events. My pictures have also been used for the exhibition “Nous, les autres” at the cultural festival Diversity Week, which promoted awareness of discrimination related to appearance and sexual orientation.

My work extends to different events; such as weddings, private parties, corporate and cultural events. I enjoy capturing the moments that are most important to you. I immerse myself completely in the event while remaining discreet and I photograph the spontaneous and natural highlights that make the moment so unique, giving you memories to treasure. 

I also offer a package for entertainment industry and live performances: concerts, festivals, tours, musicians and performers promotion, still photography for movies etc. Passionate about Art and artists, I love to capture their emotions and expressions.
