The best thing about working in events is…

Being part of the amazing teams that put on some of the best events in the world that end up being the highlights of peoples year.

What’s essential to every great event?

Planning for the worst. Knowing what can go wrong and knowing how to solve problems are key to event success.

The coolest event I've worked on with Feast It is...

Bike Shed Festival has to be one of the most smoothly run events I've worked on. Full of amazing bikes, brands and people (and of course food and drink.) Also Pride in London. Being part of an event that plays host to 1.5M people is amazing as it is, add in Pride and you have something special.

My signature dish is…

My scrambled eggs are know amongst friends as the best around. Other than that I have a Roast Duck breast, Braised Red Cabbage and Dauphinoise potatoes with a shallot and cassis jus dish that comes out occasionally.

My favourite Feast It suppliers are…

Kurbside Kitchen 3 Little Pigs Cheeky Burger Cue Point Burger Theory Duck Shed Roti-Pan Kitchen Sweet Nothing Bakehouse

What's your dream event to work on?

Burning Man, Boom (Portugal) or Meadows in the Mountains.

What’s the best public event you’ve been to?

I'm probably biased but Noisily Festival is hands down the best event I've been to and been a part of. Lost Village and a few Anjunadeep events really stand out as well.
