I’m pretty proud of this one: I can break an apple in half with my bare hands. Don’t ask, just google ‘Bob Mortimer would I lie to you apple’.
It has got to be Mexican! Tacos and tequila, need I say more...Best food in the world - so quick, delicious and fresh.
It was probably a Lord of the Rings themed wedding in a field - that was a really fun one to chat through! They wanted some very rustic style food to suit the general Middle Earth vibe and I'm happy to say that we were able to offer it!
Surviving a month cheffing in the Mexican street food restaurant, Cargo Cantina in Bristol. This was an absolute whirlwind and full of weird and wonderful people. But I think I lost a few marbles along the way with those 16 hour shifts!
Foodwise, Taco Truck - Henning’s taco and tequila parties are legendary! - and Chubby Dumpling, whose father-daughter run business is just adorable. I’ve got to have Hannah Anderson in there as my top photographer: she is so talented, and can do such a range of different styles, from elegant wedding pics to incredible drone footage.
