Artisam Grazing Table

Includes a selection of Manchester cured meats, cheeses, breads and crackers, fruits and nuts, crudités with hummus selection and tapenade, vegetarian pâté, marinated and pickled vegetables, and ArtiSam chutneys.

Two Arancini with roast veg sauce, sweet potato crisps and fresh basil dressing. Mixed mushroom and dill arancini stuffed with mozzarella and sun-dried tomato and white wine arancini stuffed with mature cheddar.

The Deer One

Two arancini with jugged venison and sweet potato crisps and basil dressing. Caramelised red onion & red wine risotto balls, one stuffed with blue cheese, the other with goats' cheese

Oak-Planked Salmon

With honey, sesame and ginger dressing.

Slow Smoked Lamb

Free range smoked lamb with rosemary and garlic rub, served with mint and nettle pesto.
