Apulia Taralli are an unmissable savoury snacks, a must for the aperitivo. Baked just outside the town of Lecce in Puglia, we prepare those in different flavours; Sun-dried tomato and onion, wild spinach, pumpkin and cereal followed by the traditional of Taralli Extra Virgin Olive oil and pepper. Bruschetta, is the essential ingredient for the success of the best Aperitivo. On a warm sourdough slice of bread or on a soft sea salt and rosemary focaccia we like to play with the main spreadable or pate's from our Apulia production showcasing the truly flavour of it.
