Rosie is a 1978 Bedford CF who was found abandoned on a farm in Cornwall back in 2015. She hadn't been driven for 14 years but they managed to bring her home and since then have fully restored her back to a classic ice cream truck! They pride themselves on keeping her traditional heritage and serve soft scooped ice cream just as she did back in her former life.

She is restored to a very high standard and is a real show stopper at events, she is decorated in hand painted flowers and fruits - the van has a really great classic look and is always very popular at events. They can serve incredibly good ice cream, offering loads of different flavours, as well as handmade sorbet ice lollies and even homemade brownies.
