Our signature vermouth, Montseta, is produced by the Bellod family in Valls, Catalonia, using 30 botanicals and according to biodynamic principles. This classic style Spanish red is served over ice, with a slice of orange or lemon, and can be topped up with soda water or tonic for those looking for a longer drink. As a fortified wine, aromatised with herbs, spices and citrus fruits, Montseta Rojo presents the perfect bitter-sweet balance.
At El Vermut we also work closely with Can Paixano, the amazing cava producers behind the well-known La Xampanyeria in Barcelona. We directly import and stock their full range of sparkling wines and cavas, including our personal favourite, the Cava Brut Nature
A best-seller at El Vermut, the white Americano combines white vermouth, Londinio Aperitivo and Amaro, topped with elderflower tonic and garnished with mint and orange bitters.
