Basmati rice, coconut and red lentil dal, seasonal curry, winter slaw with a wintry dressing, pickled baby vegetables, minty yogurt (vegan version available), mango chutney, red onion and pomegranate seeds, coriander and (optional) red chillies with chapatis

Smashed up samosas smothered in a rich tomato and chick pea curry then topped with date & tamarind chutney, mint & coriander chutney, crunchy sev, yogurt sauces a pomegranate garnish then sprinkled with chaat masala powder

Creamy red lentil & channa dhal, basmati rice, crispy spicy chickpeas, winter slaw with mango & lime dressing, seasonal pickles with a swirl of minty yoghurt and a coriander, red onion and pomegranate garnish

South-Indian Seasonal Vegetable and Coconut Curry

A medium-spiced curry tempered with mustard seeds, fresh curry leaves and turmeric. We vary the vegetables to reflect the seasons but you will likely find sweet potato, green beans or red peppers all cooked in a creamy coconut milk gravy
