The Lemon

A crisp white chocolate shell housing a yuzu ganache. In the centre you will find a fresh sorrento lemon and mint gel. Can be gift boxed, served on its own or fully plated.

The Peach

Our seasonal best seller! Chocolate shell containing a mousse of Italian lemon verbena. Centre of crisp flat white peach & soft yellow peach compote. Can be gift boxed, served on its own or fully plated.

The Toffee Apple

Glazed chocolate shell, super airy green apple mousse and a centre of apple and caramel. Can be gift boxed, served on its own or fully plated.

The Pear

A floral and fruity treat. A fluffy mascarpone based ganache with hints of juniper contains a centre of stewed comice pear in a cocoa butter and white chocolate shell that is sure to deceive your eyes!
