This is the signature dish that started my culinary revolution. Handmade tender pieces of Chicken Fillet in bamboo skewers, grilled in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon and Oregano. They are then infused in Greek Mountain Tea, Sage & Honey and served on a lightly warmed handmade Greek Pitta Bread with Carrots, Onions, Tomatoes and a dollop of my homemade Tzatziki Sauce. We then season with Smoked Paprika, Oregano, a twist of Lemon, Chilli Flakes, extra Tzatziki Sauce, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and with a garnish of Parsley.
Our lightly warmed handmade Greek Pitta bread filled with Carrots, Tomatoes, Peppers, Onions, Rocket, deep-fried Haloumi Cheese, my homemade Tzatziki Sauce, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pomegranate Dressing, Balsamic Glaze, a twist of Lemon and Seasoning. A Family recipe passed down from the early 1900’s comprising of freshly minced Beef & Lamb with egg, onion, garlic, parsley with hints of Cumin, Clove, Nutmeg, Paprika, Chillies, Sea Salt and Pepper. Cooked on our grill and served with our lightly warmed handmade Pitta Bread with chopped Tomatoes and Onions in a rich, thick borderline-sexy home-made Tomato Sauce. Classic..!!
