After travelling through Italy, the team returned with a desire to recreate the amazing tastes and experiences that they had discovered in Italy. For them, it was the ‘no fuss’ Neapolitan pizzerias that made the biggest impression on them and this was when the idea for Mozzarellanation was born!

The team took all the tips and knowledge that they could find during their time in Italy and threw themselves into their new concept. They now serve great tasting wood-fired pizza cooked in a traditional oven. Each pizza takes just 45 seconds to cook and they can do 5 at a time!
