Free-range chicken thighs, wild rabbit, white beans, flat green beans and rosemary
Vegan Paella
White beans, flat green beans, aubergine, carrot, cauliflower, mushrooms, and red peppers
Seafood Paella
Red shrimp, mussels, calamari, squid, butternut squash, red peppers and onions
Tapas Plate
Authentic Spanish cow, goat or sheep cheeses, Ibreian chorizo, Salchichon and Iberico hams, Andulucia olives and any range of local Bristol bakery breads with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. All will be served on a large sharing plate for between 10-15 people
