Bright, fresh and moreish. - Za'atar Gnocchi with shaved parmesan, barberries and pea shoots - Smoked beet couscous with goat feta, black sesame, kohlrabi -Heirloom tomato with potato sourdough, puffed quinoa and balsamic reduction. - Pomegranate Baba Ghanoug: A popular classic with a Taheena twist. Fire roasted and hand chopped skin-on aubergines with plenty of tahini, chardonnay vinegar, black sesame, pomegranate seeds and pomegranate molasses.
