Exciting, quirky, guaranteed thumbs up
For me, Vietnamese is the perfect event cuisine. Exciting enough that people will appreciate the quirkiness, but also a guaranteed thumbs up from all the guests. For me, these guys are the best at it in London and a fun fact is that Nick, the head chef, is Kate Moss' brother!
