Ben Lindsay had been a top chef in London for decades and wanted to get out and have a bit of fun, so he built himself a beautiful food truck and started cooking up some of London’s most delicious burgers!
The Backstreet Diner boys make their burgers from some of the best ingredients around and the meat is exclusively sourced from high welfare sustainable farms. The buns are made by a local artisan baker, and they cut their delicious chips themselves before covering them in amazing cheese and Old Spot bacon.
They’re able to serve at just about any event right from massive festivals to private birthday parties and weddings and they are more than happy to tailor bespoke menus to ensure that your event is unique.
