Danny earned his chops in restaurant kitchens rooted in the Anglo-French tradition and, after relocating to London from Edinburgh a decade ago, he began hosting his own events in the midst of the nascent pop-up scene.
While Danny’s technique is firmly based in the classics, he frequently borrows big flavours from non-European cuisine, placing qualities of seasonality, locality and provenance at the forefront of his food. As well as running his own events at his Brixton venue, he runs pop-ups, weddings and outside catering.
