Eatchu is an award-winning market stall specialising in Japanese Gyoza Dumplings. They have a permanent shop in Bristol that is one of the Top 10 Bristol Restaurants on TripAdvisor, and now they can bring their much-loved Japanese street food to your event using their mobile set-up.
All of the gyoza are made in their shop using the best ingredients they can find. Eatchu only use locally farmed free range meat and fresh local veg, and they have a wide range of vegan dishes to choose from as well. Enjoy your gyoza with sushi rice, soba noodles, udon noodles, or any of the other available Japanese side dishes.
