Fizz & Fromage is the kind of place that the duo - two foody twenty-somethings - like to go. They take the winning classic, mac & cheese, bring it up to date with cheeky toppings and serve it with their favourite tipple, fizz. In addition to the street food menu, they also offer more formal private dining options.
Their signature sauce is homemade using Sheffield based Our Cow Molly milk and butter, cheese selected by the PorterBrook Deli and given either a veggie or meaty twist. The bedrock sauce is vegetarian and gluten free and our tubs and glasses are all 100% recyclable and biodegradable. Tick, tick, tick. Being local and sustainable is in the foundations of their business!
The menu is enough to make your mouth water - a pot of three cheese mac & cheese with bourbon glazed ham hock with parsley oil and breadcrumbs, anyone? Or if mac & cheese just isn’t your thing, they also have items such as their Gruyere and wild mushroom tart or brie and spinach crepes.
The food alone is absolutely delicious, but what makes it even better, is that they serve it all from a fantastic blue converted horsebox that would be the perfect finishing touch at any event.
