About the company

Forgotten Cuts is an ethical & sustainable food company based in Brighton. They use only naturally reared meat from local farms, they cook with the seasons and promise you a 'food high' every time!

They call their street food - 'posh nosh in a box' and their menus offer succulent slow roasted meats in artisan marinades, vegan pea fritters, fermented cabbage, pickles, salads, rustic fries, quinoa, rice & lentils and banging sauce. Everything is made from scratch and absolutely nothing is processed. Everything on their menu also happens to be entirely gluten free and they can cater for all allergies so all your guests will all be happy!

Forgotten Cuts would love to cater for your birthday, wedding, corporate event, or pretty much anything else, so see if they are available and book them right here on Feast It!
