Fran with a Pan’s Frankie is a Leith’s trained private chef based in South West London who can cater for every occasion from small intimate dinners to larger corporate events and everything in between. Frankie began her culinary journey at Leith’s Cookery School, followed by working in a Deli in Chelsea where she was promoted to Head Chef within a year of joining.
The main focus for Fran with a Pan is on creating bespoke menus using high-quality seasonal ingredients which are sourced from local independent suppliers. This ensures that they can maintain the quality of the ingredients whilst making sure they are sustainably sourced. You can even let Frankie know your favourite things to eat and she is happy to create the perfect menu for your event!
