Gnocchi at 84 are gnocchi specialists and are the only street food stall in London making gnocchi from scratch. The duo behind Gnocchi at 84 were professional chefs for over 10 years before they decided to join forces and start a street food business.
All the ingredients used are local and sustainable, they care about their food deeply and for this reason, they use only top quality ingredients that mostly come from the farmers around London to make their delicious sauces and Gnocchi.
The potatoes come from a farm in Kent called The Potato Shop, the cheese that they use comes from Montgomery and Keen's farm, they use Shipton Mill flour and the only thing that they import are the tinned tomatoes that are organic and come from La Strianese in Italy.
They are known for their mix of styles, Italian food with British concept and ingredients, and for their raclette machine that melts their tasty Ogleshield on top of their gnocchi. They can also do an amazing deep fried version of their gnocchi - yum.
