Claire Hodgson and Steve Huggett are the dream team behind Hodge & Huggett. Together they have a combined experience of twenty years and have worked alongside some of the top chefs in the industry. Claire was Head Chef at Ottolenghi and Steve was Head Pastry Chef/Sous Chef at Michelin starred restaurants The Square, La Trompette and The Castle.
Their background means they can cater for any event, big or small! They are passionate about sustainability and food waste, so like to use seasonal British produce, sourced locally where possible and use ingredients to their full, so nothing is wasted.
Hodge and Huggett were recently featured on BBC's Million Pound Menu! Claire's recipes have also been featured in The Guardian, The Times and the latest Ottolenghi cooking book, Simple. The couple were also asked to cater for The Feast on the Street, in memory of the late Jo Cox MP. Sam Smith, Piers Morgan, Josh Hartnett and Martin Clunes to name but a few names that the team have catered for!
