After having the idea and inspiration for her business for over 10 years, founder Rosheana finally took the family recipes from her Sri Lankan heritage combined with her passion for introducing hoppers to the public to launch Hop & Roll. Their authentic hoppers are filled with homemade, spicy sambols and curries, as well as delicious mutton or egg and fish rolls on the side. They're cooked fresh to order, providing a theatrical live cooking element to your event and don’t compromise on spice or the renowned flavours of Sri Lanka: sweet, chilli, coconut and lime.
