Hotbox have taken London by storm with their epic smoked meat. They started out as a food van and worked their way towards their successful Spitalfields-based restaurant. They serve everything from tasty burgers to sticky beef short rib and it is out-of-this-world delicious.
They use a combination of kiln dried Hickory and Oak in their 1-tonne Rotisserie Smoker and the meat is then dry-rubbed and cooked low and slow(ly) to create tender, succulent cuts that melt in the mouth. Be careful though, there’s plenty of spice to get those taste buds fired up!
HotBox serve their theatrical barbecue dishes from their awesome looking street food stall, perfect for any outdoor events. They can serve 100 portions an hour, all made to a very high standard, meaning that you and your guests won’t have to stand around queuing for too long!
