Jumping Jack’s is a 100% plant-based street food pop-up that specialises in BBQ pulled jackfruit recipes that are inspired by flavours from around the world. Founded in 2017 by two friends with an uncompromising commitment to fresh, healthy, sustainable food, Jumpin’ Jack’s is bringing vegan versions of global classics to London’s street food scene.
Jack’s BBQ sauce is freshly made on site each day using only locally sourced ingredients and their gorgeous, fluffy, poppy seed buns come from a family run East London bakery that was established in 1911. With influences drawn from as far afield as Hanoi, Guatemala and Havana, the eclectic mix of flavours is something that they think is rather special!
The pairing of their smoky, sweet BBQ sauce with the spice of the crunchy Asian slaw and the cloud-like texture of the bun has already become a classic at their Hoxton and Chatsworth Road locations.
