KOPO serve from a great gazebo and they create menus for lots of different events such as music festivals, parties and markets. Menu items include their delicious KOPO sausage roll made with beef, kimchi, sauerkraut and crispy onions, and the smoked pork belly sandwich served with daikon kimchi, ssamjang mayonnaise and soy pickled garlic, yum!
KOPO was inspired by frequent travels to Korea, drinking and eating through Seoul. KOPO is a strongly sustainable and ethical caterer, believing that the food must be healthy and prepared with love in order to taste delicious - we couldn’t agree more!
