Muffin Man & Co make delicious homemade English filled Muffins. Everything is made from scratch, from the bacon jam to the hash browns. They have sourced the very best ingredients to make their muffins, their smoked eel and salmon is from a small smokery in Lincolnshire. All of the pork is free range from their award-winning local butcher in Essex and the cheese and buttermilk are from Neals Yard. All the eggs are free range and are sourced locally from Marsh farm.
Steve the owner has been a chef for twelve years, working in some of the country’s best Michelin star restaurants, The Castle in Taunton, The square in Mayfair and La Trompette in Chiswick. Muffin Man & Co began in early 2015 and has gained many accolades including being featured in the Evening Standard top 5 Breakfast muffins in London!
They currently trade weekly at Primrose Hill Market, Hampstead market, St Katherine’s Docks, Fenchurch Street, Brentford food market, Brook Green, Tobacco factory market Bristol. They have also traded at many festivals including; Wilderness, British Summertime Hyde Park, Port Eliot, Festival No. 6 and Love box - so they definitely know what they’re doing!
