Our favourite is the lamb kufta kebob - Cotswold lamb seasoned with sumac, mint, parsley and a pinch of chilli served with pine nuts, sunflower seeds then wrapped in a warm Khobez flatbread with mint yoghurt and pickles, trust us, it’s pretty special!
