To Pulled, perfection means taking things nice and slow. They take British Free Range meats and roast them on a low heat, for a long, long (long) time. The end result is irresistible; packed with an outrageous amount of flavour, their food has been revolutionising taste buds since 2014.
Their trademarks are lovingly hand pulled pork, beef brisket and slow roasted chicken served in artisanal golden brioche, with fresh crunchy slaws and homemade sauces. It makes for one hell of a mean mouthful and, while these guys are meat maestros, they’re also able to cater for vegetarians and vegans with their dynamite pulled jackfruit.
You can book Pulled to turn up to your event in their adorable truck named ‘Fifi’ which is, perhaps unsurprisingly, more of a tortoise than a hare but what it may lack in speed, it makes up for in total wow factor.
