The team behind Smoke & Salt wanted to create and serve food that is first and foremost absolutely delicious. Flavour takes centre stage, the food is created using a combination of adventurous flavours bridges cultures and traditions from around the world by emphasising the ancient culinary techniques of smoking, curing and preserving.
