The brilliant Smoky Gaucho cook up delicious barbecue food, inspired by their homeland of Southern Brazil and 'Gaucho flavours', a traditional term for South American cowboys. Head chef Charles and his team’s underlying love of all things steak brought them together to start a business that serves up some of the best and most affordable steaks in London.
Charles believes in serving only great-quality, local British produce. and takes immense pride in the provenance of his dishes. The award-winning Kent-based farmers they source their beef from are known to be some of the best in the world, while the fruit and vegetables they use are supplied by Morning Gatherers, a third generation grocer in Camden Town. Their bread is produced by a traditional Kurdish bakery in North London, baked and collected every morning to ensure the food they produce the highest possible quality.
