The quite brilliant Flying Frenchman’s gourmet hotdogs are crafted using Guillame and Alex’s home-made, utterly delicious free range pork or chicken sausages. They’re completely free of any chemicals or fillers whatsoever and are coarse ground because these guys don’t have anything to hide! Bon effort!
The Flying Frenchman’s babies are served in freshly baked organic baguette (straight from Olivier’s bakery in Borough market) and seasoned with their homemade organic ketchup and mustard. ‘Simplicity without concession’ is how they describe it and, once you’ve tried their top dogs, you’ll find it very hard to disagree! On top of the saussies, they can also make meat, fish and veggie pates served with breadsticks as a warm up.
They’re also able to make any kind of sausages on request: Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Argentinian, Louisiana, Thai etc… They just love to play with spices. Book them and their gorgeous Piaggio for your next event, whether that be big birthday, wacky wedding or the next office bash right here!
