The amazing Grub Shed pride themselves on producing the very best of what they refer to as 'honest British street food'. This means carefully hand-picking local producers and suppliers to ensure that they always have the very highest quality local ingredients, which they believe (and we agree!) equates to the tastiest food.
The potatoes for their delicious fries are all grown in Herefordshire and painstakingly hand chipped by the team. They are then cooked in 100% rapeseed oil and dusted with homemade seasoning before being served up to you and your guests!
Menu choices include their fries topped with homemade chilli con carne, cheddar, garlic sour cream and fresh chives or 21-day aged Hereford beef brisket, smoked cheddar, gherkins and smoky BBQ sauce - and yes, they're as delicious as they sound! They go back to Hereford for their beef from local butcher Neil Powells, while their cheese comes from Croome Cuisine, based in Worcestershire and their sauces come from Gloucester based Tubby Toms.
