The Middle Feast love kebabs and mezzé. They've been cooking at street food events, corporate events, weddings and festivals over the past 3 years to spread their total obsession with this food.
Traditional recipes have been studied and tweaked, authentic and sustainable ingredients sourced and joyfully inauthentic flavour combinations developed to end up with one of the best kebabs we've ever tasted! With a fantastic depth of flavour, pops of texture and heat, it packs a real punch. Rigidly sticking to tradition is not their thing - FLAVOUR is.
The team make sure that their vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free customers are as happy as our committed carnivore ones. The Middle Feast like to work with their clients to put something bespoke together to fit both the event and the people attending.
