Piadina is a traditional Italian flatbread originating from northeastern Italy. After a visit to Riccione in the heart of Emilia Romagna, London chef Jack realised that a new Piadina-strewn path lay ahead of him.
Jack decided to fuse his Italian and Lincolnshire roots by creating piadinas filled to the brim with some of the best British produce around to create the perfect piadina. It’s simple, it’s original and most importantly, it’s incredibly tasty! His menu is full of incredible fillings - our favourite is 'The Friar', Italian flatbread with buttermilk fried chicken thigh, double American cheese, pancetta bacon, pickled cucumber, rocket and nduja mayonnaise - it's not to be missed.
