Friends and original owners Paul and Rob met way back in the hazy days of the early 90’s working for Prue Leith at Hampton Court Palace. Since then, either individually or together, they have run their own pubs, been Chef-Patron of numerous restaurants and worked in some of the most prestigious hotels and venues in London, Cambridge and the South East.
When they decided to go mobile, they realised they needed someone with a completely different skill set and were joined in 2010 by bad-ass biker Damien, who keeps their show on the road!
Now the team at This Fine Day bring you the finest quality street food, breakfasts and BBQ, perfect for festivals, corporate events, banquets and alternative style weddings. Their signature street food menu consists of Mediterranean flatbreads, which they roll into cones and pack with delicious fillings, accompanied by hand cut, triple cooked chips tossed with parmesan.
