Nick Moss, the younger (and we’ll take a punt and say more culinarily gifted!) brother of supermodel Kate Moss, is the founder of Vietvan along with his wife Tracey. Established in 2014, they are an independent street food caterer passionate about Vietnamese cuisine. Nick and Tracey travel to Vietnam for one month of every year to work with restaurant and street food chefs across the country to ensure every aspect of their dishes are authentic to their origins.
Vietvan’s versatile pop up guarantees high quality, fresh and full of flavour, South-East Asian inspired dishes. Street food favourites include their Vietnamese traditional banh mi baguettes, noodle salads and curries. All dishes are freshly prepared and can be heated on-site ready to serve or made to order on their grills. Diners can then choose from a range of garnishes such as coriander, mint, Sriracha sauce, fried shallots and fresh chilli to add the finishing touches to their meal.
Vietvan are advocates of natural and organic ingredients, working closely with their suppliers to provide ethical and sustainably sourced produce. Specialising in weddings, birthday parties, corporate events and office lunches, they work with a large number of commercial clients including Oliver Bonas, Pandora, Pikes Hotel Ibiza and the London/Graduate Fashion Weeks.
